Chiều 26.1.2026, đoàn công tác do ông Nguyễn Hồng Thái - Ủy viên Ban Chấp hành Trung ương Đảng, Bí thư Tỉnh ủy Bắc Ninh làm trưởng đoàn đã tới thăm, chúc Tết và trao quà cho công nhân lao động có hoàn cảnh khó khăn tại Công ty Cổ phần May xuất khẩu Hà Phong nhân dịp Tết Nguyên đán Bính Ngọ 2026.

Cùng đi có ông Trần Văn Tuấn - Tỉnh ủy viên, Phó Trưởng đoàn Đại biểu Quốc hội chuyên trách tỉnh, lãnh đạo Liên đoàn Lao động (LĐLĐ) tỉnh, đại diện Ban Tuyên giáo và Dân vận Tỉnh ủy, Văn phòng Tỉnh ủy... Đây là hoạt động trọng tâm trong chuỗi chương trình "Tết Sum vầy - Xuân chia sẻ" nhằm thực hiện Kế hoạch số 07/KH-LĐLĐ của Ban Thường vụ LĐLĐ tỉnh.

At the program, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Hong Thai and leaders directly presented: 200 gifts from the source of the Provincial Labor Federation, each worth 1,000,000 VND in cash and in-kind gifts prepared by the Trade Union of Ha Phong Export Garment Joint Stock Company, each worth 300,000 VND.

Speaking at the visit and giving gifts to workers of Ha Phong Garment Export Joint Stock Company, Secretary of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hong Thai quickly informed officials, workers, and laborers about the results of the 14th National Party Congress, emphasizing major orientations and strategic goals in national development in the coming time. The comrade also summarized the outstanding results in socio-economic development of Bac Ninh province in 2025, affirming the important contribution of the business community, including garment industry enterprises.

The Provincial Party Secretary congratulated and praised the results that Ha Phong Garment Export Joint Stock Company has achieved in the past time, especially in maintaining stable production, creating jobs and relatively good income for workers. He highly appreciated the creative and effective ways of doing things in production organization, the dynamism of the Board of Directors and the spirit of responsibility and efforts to overcome difficulties of the team of workers and laborers.

Affirming that the Company is one of the units actively contributing to the socio-economic development of the province, the Provincial Party Secretary wished the Company's leaders to continue to unite, innovate, and lead the enterprise to develop more sustainably, achieve higher achievements, thereby contributing more to the overall development of Bac Ninh province.

The comrade emphasized that Bac Ninh province always listens, shares and accompanies businesses, promptly grasps and removes difficulties and obstacles, creating favorable conditions for businesses to stabilize production and better care for the lives of workers.

On the occasion of Tet and Spring, the Provincial Party Secretary sent to the collective leadership, officials, workers, and laborers of Ha Phong Garment Export Joint Stock Company New Year greetings of health, happiness, and peace, wishing the Company and workers to emulate and successfully complete production and business targets and tasks, contributing to the successful implementation of socio-economic development goals that Bac Ninh province has set out.

Báo cáo với đoàn công tác, lãnh đạo Công ty Cổ phần May xuất khẩu Hà Phong cho biết, mặc dù tình hình kinh tế còn nhiều thách thức, công ty vẫn duy trì đà tăng trưởng ổn định. Là một doanh nghiệp có bề dày hoạt động gần 20 năm, hiện nay Hà Phong đang tạo việc làm cho gần 8.000 lao động với 98% là người Bắc Ninh (trong đó xã Hiệp Hòa chiếm 54%). Năm 2025, dù còn nhiều thách thức, thu nhập bình quân của người lao động vẫn đạt trên 13,7 triệu đồng/tháng (tăng 15,8% so với 2024). Đặc biệt, công ty là đơn vị tiêu biểu trong việc thực hiện thỏa ước lao động tập thể với nhiều điều khoản có lợi hơn cho người lao động

Trong năm 2025 và dịp Tết Bính Ngọ 2026, Công đoàn Công ty đã triển khai chuỗi hoạt động hỗ trợ ấn tượng: Thăm hỏi hơn 2.400 lượt đoàn viên khó khăn (tổng kinh phí 820 triệu đồng); hỗ trợ công nhân bị ảnh hưởng thiên tai, bão lũ trên 550 triệu đồng. Tặng quà Tết cho 100% người lao động với tổng kinh phí trên 2,3 tỉ đồng; hỗ trợ gần 50 triệu đồng tiền vé xe cho công nhân ở xa về quê. Chi trên 1,1 tỉ đồng tổ chức tham quan, nghỉ mát; khen thưởng hơn 2.300 con em công nhân học giỏi với số tiền gần 580 triệu đồng. Đối với những công nhân có hoàn cảnh đặc biệt khó khăn, Công đoàn đã lập danh sách phân loại cụ thể để ưu tiên chăm lo sớm, bảo đảm tất cả anh chị em đều có một mùa xuân trọn vẹn.
