On February 1st, a delegation from Bac Ninh province led by Ms. Lam Thi Huong Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council visited, wished Tet and presented gifts to union members and workers at Risesun New Material Vietnam Co., Ltd. Accompanied by Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation.

Company leaders said that 100% of employees have joined trade unions and are fully guaranteed benefits in terms of social insurance and labor contracts. Average income reaches over 15 million VND/person/month. Tet bonus average salary in the 13th month reaches over 6.5 million VND/person, with in-kind gifts worth 600,000 VND for each individual.

The Company's Trade Union presented Tet gifts to 100% of workers with a total budget of over 659 million VND; supported bus tickets for workers away from home to celebrate Tet and visited 554 union members in difficult circumstances with an amount of over 200 million VND.

Speaking at the program, Ms. Lam Thi Huong Thanh acknowledged and praised the efforts of the company's leadership and workers. At the same time, she sent wishes for health, happiness and success to all workers.

Ms. Lam Thi Huong Thanh affirmed: "Bac Ninh province will always accompany and stand side by side with businesses and workers. We will continue to implement social security policies, ensuring that all union members can celebrate Tet in fullness and warmth with the spirit of'no one is left behind'".

In order to promptly encourage, the working delegation directly presented 100 Tet gifts from the province to union members and workers in difficult circumstances. At the same time, the Company's Trade Union also presented gifts to 20 outstanding union members who made outstanding contributions to production in 2025.
