Theo đó, UBND tỉnh Bắc Ninh đã tiếp nhận và giao nguyên trạng tài sản công Viện Kiểm sát nhân dân Tối cao chuyển giao về tỉnh tại Quyết định số 279/QĐ-VKSTC cho các cơ quan, đơn vị để quản lý, khai thác, sử dụng theo quy định. Danh sách cụ thể như sau:

1. Viện Kiểm sát nhân dân (KSND) huyện Yên Dũng (cũ), địa chỉ: TDP số 1, phường Yên Dũng, tỉnh Bắc Ninh, giao cho Chi nhánh Trung tâm Phát triển quỹ đất Bắc Giang.

2. Viện KSND huyện Hiệp Hoà (cũ), địa chỉ: số 122 đường Văn Tiến Dũng, xã Hiệp Hòa, tỉnh Bắc Ninh giao cho Chi nhánh Trung tâm Phát triển quỹ đất Hiệp Hoà.
