Si Pa Phin Inter-level Boarding Primary and Secondary School is built in Nam Chim 1 village, Si Pa Phin commune. This is the first project to reach the finish line in the campaign to build 248 schools in border areas according to the policy of the Politburo.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, General Secretary To Lam affirmed that our Party always identifies education and training as a top national policy, a foundation for rapid and sustainable national development.

For border areas, remote and isolated areas, education is not only about improving people's knowledge and training human resources, but also a fundamental and long-term solution to maintain national sovereignty from the root - that is people, a community of residents attached to land, villages, border lines, and landmarks.

Công trình Trường phổ thông nội trú liên cấp Si Pa Phìn đã được xây dựng khang trang, đồng bộ, bảo đảm chất lượng, an toàn và công năng sử dụng, là minh chứng sinh động cho tinh thần nói đi đôi với làm; đã làm là làm đến nơi đến chốn.

Thay mặt Lãnh đạo Đảng, Nhà nước, Tổng Bí thư ghi nhận và biểu dương Tỉnh ủy, HĐND, UBND tỉnh Điện Biên đã lãnh đạo, chỉ đạo quyết liệt; biểu dương sự hỗ trợ trách nhiệm, nghĩa tình của Đảng bộ, chính quyền và nhân dân Thủ đô Hà Nội; sự phối hợp chặt chẽ của các bộ, ban, ngành Trung ương; cùng sự đồng hành tích cực của các doanh nghiệp, đã tập trung nguồn lực, trí tuệ, hoàn thành công trình với tinh thần trách nhiệm cao nhất.

Đến nay, 100 trường đầu tiên tại các xã biên giới của 18 tỉnh, thành phố đã được khởi công.

Nhiều công trình được triển khai với tiến độ nhanh, chất lượng bảo đảm; phần lớn các trường đang thi công đúng kế hoạch, phấn đấu hoàn thành trước ngày 30.8.2026 để đưa vào sử dụng từ năm học 2026-2027.

Tại lễ khánh thành, Tổng Bí thư Tô Lâm chính thức phát động triển khai đồng loạt việc xây dựng 148 trường phổ thông nội trú liên cấp còn lại, trong tổng số 248 trường tại 248 xã biên giới đất liền.

On this occasion, General Secretary To Lam and Party and State leaders presented meaningful gifts to teachers and students of the school; witnessed the ceremony of handing over cooperation documents between leaders of Nguyen Tri Phuong Secondary School (Hanoi) and Si Pa Phin Inter-level Boarding School.

Started at the end of July 2025, the project has a scale of 6.88 hectares, implemented by a consortium of Sun Group and Trading and Construction Company No. 6 from capital support from Hanoi City and socialized sources.

With a design inspired by traditional stilt houses, Si Pa Phin inter-level school meets the learning and accommodation needs of more than 1,000 students.

Accordingly, the learning area has 31 standard classrooms, 14 subject rooms, educational equipment rooms, music rooms, STEM rooms, school counseling rooms and a library system.

The dormitory and official residence include a school administration room, 120 dormitory rooms for students and 15 official rooms for teachers.
